Acumatica is a cloud ERP that runs your financials, inventory, sales, purchasing, projects, CRM and reporting on one database, reachable from any browser. How much does Acumatica ERP cost?
Acumatica doesn’t publish a price list. Your cost is set by three things: the edition and applications you license, your monthly transaction volume, and whether you run it as a subscription or on your own infrastructure. Users are not a pricing lever on mid-market editions. Implementation is quoted separately from the licence. We give you both numbers in one document after scoping, not a range before it.
How long does an Acumatica implementation take?
A focused single-entity rollout usually runs 8 to 16 weeks. Mid-market projects with multiple entities, heavy data migration or several integrations typically run 3 to 6 months. The software install is the fast part. Discovery, data cleanup, integration testing and user training are what set the calendar.
Does Acumatica really include unlimited users?
On mid-market and enterprise editions, yes. Licensing is based on resources and transaction volume rather than seats, so you can give every warehouse picker, field tech and seasonal hire a login without adding licence cost. Entry-level editions cap named users, which is one of the first things we check during scoping.
Can we migrate from QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics?
Yes. We migrate from spreadsheets, entry-level accounting software and full legacy ERPs. The work is in mapping your chart of accounts, cleaning item and customer masters, and reconciling opening balances before cutover, not in moving the files. We validate against your existing trial balance before go-live.
What did Acumatica 2026 R1 add?
2026 R1 made AI a core part of the product. It introduced the Acumatica AI Assistant, a chat interface that answers plain-language questions about your data and returns text, tables, lists or charts. It also extended anomaly detection to generic inquiries, added AI-generated summaries on CRM opportunities and support cases, and shipped a Shop Floor Kiosk in the Manufacturing Edition.
What does a partner do that Acumatica doesn't?
Acumatica sells only through certified partners, so you buy the licence through us either way. Beyond the licence, we do the parts Acumatica doesn’t: mapping your processes, choosing the edition, configuring workflows, migrating data, building integrations and custom modules, training your teams, and supporting the system after go-live.
